At Periot Home, our customers are our top priority.
Which means, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We’ll be happy to return your item for in-store credit, merchandise exchange, or credit card refund only if you purchased the item online, as long as your return item qualifies and falls within some of our restrictions. A store credit will be issued for obviously unused merchandise (except items that are personalized or special ordered), when returned within 14 days, in the original box and with the receipt. All sales are final on sale merchandise. All store credits will be issued less shipping and handling. Store credit must be used within 12 months. Please let us know if you receive duplicate catalogs, have changed your mailing information or do not wish to be on our mailing list.
Packaging and Delivery
We strive to package all merchandise to the highest standards to ensure a safe delivery. If the merchandise you have ordered is delivered in damaged condition, you must keep any and all packaging (including boxes, peanuts, paper etc.) and contact Peridot Home in order to file a claim. If the original packaging is not saved along with the damaged merchandise, the claim cannot be processed and any replacement expense is the responsibility of the customer.
